Complainants are absent without any step. On repeated calls up to 12.30pm none appears for them and Complainants themselves are found absent.

It appears that today is fixed for filing show cause by the Complainant.

In the result, it appears that Complainants have totally flouted the order of this Commission. Perhaps they have lost their interest to proceed further with this case. So, there is no need to proceed further with this case.

Thus the instant case being no. CC 408/2021 is dismissed for default.
