Sh.Nitish Kumar, Executive of manufacturer of the tablet namely Videocon Industries Limited appeared and got recorded statement that company is ready to refund the price value of the tablet amounting to Rs.4490/- within 20 days to the complainant from the date of return of the tablet by the complainant. Complainant got recorded his statement that he agreed with the statement made by Nitish Kumar, Executive of Videocon Industries Limited and he shall return the tablet in question to the courier boy.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with direction to the complainant to hand over the tablet to the courier boy to be sent by the opposite party and opposite party is directed to refund the amount of Rs.4490/- to the complainant within 20 days from the date complainant returns the tablet to the courier boy of the opposite party. Copy of the order be given to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
