[1]   None is present for the complainant.  Adv.Bindu Jain, instructed by Mrs.Anita Marathe-advocate on record, is present for the opponent no.1.  She has filed letter of authority on record.  Adv.Devashish Nath is present for the opponent no.2. 

[2]     Complainant has not taken steps for amending the title clause.  Opponent no.1 submitted documents of change of name from Tata Engineering & Locomotive Co.Ltd. to Tata Motors Ltd. In spite of giving more than sufficient time, complainant has not taken steps to amend the title clause and changing name of opponent no.1.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for non-prosecution.  No order as to costs.
