| Final Order / Judgement | Complainant is present today. The withdrawal petition filed by the complainant in last date i.e. 03.09.2024, this Commission taken up into consideration today. As per withdrawal petition and released of full and final amount of Rs. 1,74,440/- (Rupees one lakh seventy four thousand four hundred forty) only on 19.07.2024 and Rs. 32,408.80 (Rupees thirty two thousand four hundred eight and eighty paisa) only thus the total amount release of Rs. 2,06,848.80 as on 20.07.2024 by OP No. 1 to 3. The complainant has no dispute against the O.Ps and also not wants to proceed with this case further, praying for allow the petition. Heard. Hence, the complaint petition is allowed and complaint case is disposed of as withdrawn accordingly. | |
