          The case record is put up before this commission today on the prayer of the complainant. With a prayer the amended cause title and para -2 of the petition of complaint filed by him as per schedule of the amendment mentioned in the petition treated and registered as M.A being No. 62/2023. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Considered.

          On a close scrutiny of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as materials on record and also considering the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant it appears that the proposed amendment is formally nature and if the same be allowed it would not change the nature and character of the case. So, the complainant/ petitioner be permitted to amend the cause title of the petition of complaint and para-2 of the petition of complaint and also directed to submit the amended petition of complaint within this stipulated period positively.

          Todate  for S/R. The amended petition of complaint should be filed by the complainant within the stipulated period from this date of this order, if any.

          Thus the M.A being No. 62/2023 is disposed of.
