The petitioner Sudhangshu Ranjan Paul is present with his counsel Ms. Moumita Das.

                On the other hand the OP Swapan Kr. Talukder is present with his counsel Mr. Hem Kanti Nath.

                A joint petition is filed by both the parties stating that the dispute has been settled amicably at a sum of Rs. 8000/- (Rupees eight thousand) only which has been paid by the OP to the petitoner and the petitioner has accepted the same and he does not want to proceed with the case further.

                Heard both sides and we are satisfied that the dispute has been settled amicably at the amount of Rs. 8000/- which has been paid by the OP to the petitioner and the petitioner has gladly accepted the same and he does not want to proceed with the case further.

                Accordingly, the case is disposed of on compromise.
