The Opposite party No.1 and Opposite Party No.2 jointly and severally are hereby directed to refung purchase price of A.C.Unit bearing No. 906DRKP002861 with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of purchase till actual payment to the Complainant. Further the Opposite Party No.1 and Opposite Party No.2 jointly and sevearlly directed to pay compensation of Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousnd only)and cost of Rs. 5000/-(Rupees five thousand only)to the Complainant within 30 days from the date of this order, and upon payment Complainant to hand over the defective unit of AC to the Opposite parties.
