ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for deficiency of service and also to pay Rs.6,000/- being the towing charges incurred by the complainant and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

Both parties represented through counsel.  Memo filed for settled out of court as withdrawn recorded.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as settled out of court and thereby it is withdrawn.  No cost.
