It may be observed that if the C.P. Act, 1986, gives a consumer an additional remedy to enforce his rights before the Fora established under the Act, Section 27 of the same Act gives additional power to the fora to execute its orders, as held by the Apex Courtin state of Karnataka vs. Vishwabharati House Building Co-operative Society and others ,AIR 2003 SC 1043. On failure of the developer/JD No. 1 to hand possession of the premises 2 to 6 shall personally remain present, at the first instance, for explaining substance of accusation under Section 27(1) C.P. Act, 1986, on the next date.
