The Applicant, who is present in person, submits that he would be satisfied if instead of transferring the Complaint from District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Gautam Budh Nagar to Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as prayed in the Transfer Application, the District Forum is directed to take a final decision in the Complaint, which was filed as far back as in the year 2013 but has not been taken up for consideration as on most of the dates the Presiding Officer happened to be on leave.

In view of the above, we dispose of this Transfer Application, without notice to the Non-Applicants, with a direction to the District Forum concerned to take a final decision in the Complaint as expeditiously as practicable and, in any case, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
