Both the parties present.

The matter stands settled. Counsel for the Opposite parties Mr. Tanay undertakes before this Commission that the possession of the premises in dispute shall be given to the Complainant within 30 days and the Registration will be done within 60 days. Decree stands passed accordingly without costs.

 I undertake to give possession of the flat within 30 days and registration shall be done within 60 days.
