ORDER Taken up through video conferencing. 1. Learned counsel for the complainant submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned proxy counsel for the opposite party also submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled between the parties. 2. No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 3. Learned counsel for the complainant further submits, on instructions, that the complainant wishes to withdraw his complaint. Learned counsel furthermore submits, on his own volition, that liberty be granted to the complainant to revive his complaint, if he so wishes, by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today. Learned proxy counsel for the opposite party, on instructions, has no objection to the afore liberty. 4. The instant consumer complaint no. 962 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn, with unconditional unfettered liberty to the complainant to revive it by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today. 5. The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the complaint and to their learned counsel within three days from today.
