That the complainant filed a memo stating that the complainant is withdrawing the complaint since it is not maintainable before this Forum and also prayed for the return of complaint and documents to be present before the proper court.
Memo allowed the office is directed to return the complaint and documents to the complainant. Complainant is given the liberty to approach before the proper Forum having jurisdiction as per law and the time taken in this complaint shall be deducted.
