None appears on behalf of the either sides on repeated call.

Today is fixed for filing show-cause reply by the Revisionist/Petitioner.

We perused the impugned order dated 29.07.2022 vide order No.5 passed by DCDRC, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas in complaint case No. CC/86/2022.

It appears from the impugned order and the observation that the O.P did not take any steps on several times.  The O.P did not file any W/V.  So, the order was passed to the effect that the case shall proceed ex-parte against O.P.   We did not find any illegality in the impugned order.

Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed.

Impugned order is upheld.

Parties are directed to appear before the District Commission on 03.12.2024.

The Complainant shall file evidence on affidavit on that date.

Let a copy of this Order be sent to the DCDRC, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

The DCDRC, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas will dispose the case within 90 days from the date of appearance without being influenced by this Order and any observation made by this Commission.
