Final Order / Judgement

As per Mr. Satish Sapre,  Hon’ble President.

Perused record, it appears that as per final order dtd.12.08.2016, it was directed by this Commission to accused either execute sale deed of suit property or refund amount received from applicant.

 

Furthermore,  accused has submitted that due to government direction sale deed could not be executed as such he has deposited amount into commission for that complainant has given no objection to deposit it.

Today complainant has applied for withdrawal of amount deposited by accused and prayed dispose the matter accordingly.

Considering the factual background Commission is held that accused has complied the order dtd.12.08.2016. There remains nothing further.

Hence, matter is dismissed as compliance made by accused. He is acquitted U/s 27 of C.P.Act 1986. Bail bonds if any executed by accused stands cancelled.

No order as to cost.

Copy of the order shall be supplied to parties free of cost.
