Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

 

Complainant called. Absent.  Opposite party present.  Both parties on 30-01-14 filed joint memo informing the Forum that the matter was settled.  Counsel for the complainant today endorsed on the complaint “This matter was settled out of Forum due to interference of elders.  Hence the Court may be dismissed the CC”.

 

In view of the said endorsement and joint memo, the complainant is dismissed as settled.  No costs.
