            Ld. lawyer for the complt appears before the Forum.

            Heard the Ld. lawyer for complt and perused the documents lying with the record.

            It appears from the rdcord that the complt is in possession of the flat in question since 2005. it is not understand what prompted complt to remain silent about registration of the flat. We also not find any satisfactory explanation for such delay for about eight years for filing instant case and the case cannot be entertained since barred by limitation.

            In this context we would like to refer the decision of Hon’ble State Commission passed in S.C. case no. : RP/139/2012 arising out of order no. 14 dt. 18/06/2012 in case no. 15/11 of DCDRF, Unit – 1, Kolkata.

            Hence the case is not admitted since barred by limitation.

            The case is disposed of accordingly.

            The complt is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the selfsame cause of action.
