Today is fixed for admission hearing.

The complainants are absent on repeated call. None for the complainants are present and no steps is taken.

It appears that the complainants reside at 27/1 A, CIT Road, Kolkata-700014, P.S- Entally which is outside the jurisdiction of this Commission and the address of the OP-1, OP-3 and OP-4 are beyond the jurisdiction of this Commission. Only OP-2 carries their business within this jurisdiction of this Commission and as such complainant to take necessary steps for obtaining permission from this Commission to proceed against the OPs-1, 3 and 4 but the complainants have not taken any steps till 04.00 p.m.

On scrutiny it appears that the complainants have filed this Consumer Complaint on 20.06.2024 and the matter was fixed on 04.07.2024 for admission hearing and on that date the complainants prays for time for hearing. Even no steps is taken for the complainants as per order dated 09.07.2024.  It is evidently the complainants fail to take steps in spite of several opportunities and 21 days from the date of filing of the instant Consumer Complaint is over and as such we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint in its present form and rejected accordingly.

However, the complainants are at liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action covering up the above, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
