The Ld. Advocate of the complainant, the Ld. Advocate of the OPs and the Ld. Pleader Commissioner are present.

It is submitted by the Pleader Commissioner that in view of the order passed by this Commission sale deed has already been registered on 12.05.2022. Copy of IGR is also filed. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant with the concurrence of the Ld. Advocate of the OPs that the claim of the complainant has fully been satisfied and the case is needed to be dismissed.

The Pleader Commissioner, as such, stands discharged from liability as imposed by this Commission upon her under order dated 21.04.2022. The material available on record lend assurance to the submission made by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant in tune with the Ld. Advocate of the OPs. Since the complainant grievances have fully been met up there is no need to run this case. It is a fit case where a dismissal order is needed to be passed.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed on the full satisfaction: but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
