Today is fixed for argument and filing BNA. 

Ld. Advocates of both sides are found ready.  One joint compromise petition has been filed which is supported by affidavit.  Over this issue.

 Heard both sides.  Considered submission.

As per submission of the Ld. Advocates of both sides the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and so parties are not interested to proceed with this case.

On close examination of the joint compromise petition it is revealed that parties of this case have entered into compromise voluntarily and for that reason they are not interested to proceed with this case.

As the parties are not interested to proceed with this case and intending to withdraw this case voluntarily, this District Commission cannot stand on their way.

In the result it is accordingly ordered that this case is disposed of as it is withdrawn.  Let the joint compromise petition be made a part of this order.

No order is passed as to cost.
