It appears from the record that this Commission was show caused the complainant on 03/03/2021, thereafter this Commission allow time suo moto on 11/05/2021, 19/07/2021 and today i.e.09/09/2021. In spite of this complainant remain absent.

Considering the conduct of complainant, in my view complainant is less interested to proceed with this case.
