          Ld. Advocate for the complainant appears and files the petition to the effect that the complainant does not intend to proceed with the case, the disputes having been settled amicably out of court, together with a ‘Letter of Agreement’ dated 23.9.2013 having been executed accordingly between the complainant and the OP.

          Perused the copy of the said Letter of Agreement bearing the signatures of both the parties thereby signifying that both the parties have consented to the amicable settlement out of court. 

          Under the circumstances, the complaint should be dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
