           Learned counsel Mr. C. Bhttachajree is present on behalf of the complainant.

            Notice was issued upon the OP as per amended address by speed post, but the same is returned with the remark “no such addressee at DNV Road, Dharmanagar and returned to sender”

          On perusal of the record it is apparent that notice was issued upon the OP as per the address mentioned in the original plaint. OP refused to receive notice on the ground that address is not proper. Thereafter, plaint was amended and then notice was also issued to the OP as per amended address, but even then it is reported from the Postal Department that that addressee is not found. Record speaks that notice was also sent to the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar for causing service through the process server, but in vain. This Commission made every endeavour to cause service of the notice upon the OP, but in every case it is reported that addressee is not found/propr. In this case the Head of the OP has also not been made/impleaded as opposite party.

          Under this peculiar facts and circumstance, this Commission decides not to proceed with the case as all efforts taken by this Commission to cause service have been proved to be futile and any further effort will be unnecessary wastage of precious time of the Commission.

          Therefore, the case is dropped and disposed of accordingly.

          Furnish copy of this order to the complainant free of cost.
