Order

The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. is present.

The O.P./Jdr. is represented by his lawyer.

The Execution case is settled by and between the parties as full and final settlement of the decretal amount  in terms of Final order dated : 18-05-2012 passed in C.C. No.02/2010. Both parties have agreed to take necessary steps for withdrawal of civil suit pending if any between the parties in connection with this Execution matter.

Hence, ordered ………

That the Executioin case No. being 07/2012 is disposed of on full and final settlement in terms of the above order.

 The case record be sent to the regular bench of DCDRC, Bankura.
