Complainant filed application for taking the matter on today’s board. Application allowed and matter is taken on today’s board . Applicant and OP/accused filed  joint pursis stated that the matter has been compromised and applicant  handed over   Chaque of Rs. 1,00,000/- dt 2/12/2019   to OP/accused. OP agreed to deliver possession of flat and  execute the  sale deed of flat. Order passed at Ex.1.The complainant has filed pursis on dt 2/12/19 that the matter has been compromised out of court as per direction given by H’ble National commission ,New Delhi R.P No.2467/2015 and the OP/accused received Rs. 1,00,000/-  One Lac vide Ch.No. 852128 dt 2/12/19 of S.B.I ,Chandrapur from complainant and the complainant do not want to proceed. The complainant is identified by his adv. Hence case is dispose of as  withdrawn.
