Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainants/petitioners.

Ld. Advocate for the complainants/petitioners submits that notice has been served upon the opposite party nos.13 through this Commission under registered post, which  has been returned with postal remark ‘deceased’ on 27/01/2023.

Therefore, the legal heirs of deceased opposite party no.13 namely Smt. Arati Biswas are required to be substituted in this case.

Considering the submission the prayer for substitution of the legal heirs, successors of the deceased opposite party no.13 is allowed.

Legal heirs of deceased Smt. Arati Biswas be incorporated as 13a, 13b and 13c as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application in CC/317/2022.

The complainants / petitioners are directed to submit amended copy of complaint in CC/317/2022.

Thus, the Misc. Application is disposed of.
