(1) On last occasion, son of the complainant submitted that his father Raghunath Khadilkar, the complainant herein has died on 07/12/2000 and wants to bring legal heirs on record. The proceedings stood awaited since legal heirs of the complainant are not brought on record till date. Hence, hence the complaint is disposed off as abated.
