It appears that vide order dated 04.05.2023 petitioner/O.P. has been directed to pay cost of Rs.3,000/-only C.P. to the O.P./complainant.

In the above backdrop none appears for the petitioner/O.P. no.3 and no payment towards cost of Rs.3,000/-only C.P. in pursuant to the order dated 04.05.2023 of this Commission is being paid by the petitioner/O.P. no.3.

As such, the question of hearing of the instant Misc. Application no.99/2023 cannot and does not arise.

The instant Misc. Application being no.99/2023 stands rejected in limini because of non payment of cost.
