IA 4911/2017 By this Application, the legal representatives of late Sh.Prakash Chand, the original Complainant, are sought to be brought on record. Since all the legal representatives are present in person, the Application is allowed and they are brought on record. The amended Memo of Parties name shall be filed during the course of the day. The Application stands disposed of. IA 4912/2017 This Application has been filed by the legal representatives of the original Complainant, namely, late Sh. Prakash Chand, seeking permission to withdraw the present Complaint on the ground that the dispute, subject matter of the Complaint has been amicably settled between the parties. The Authorised Representative of the Opposite Party Company is present in person. He has brought four cheques, each in the sum of ₹5,94,572/-, out of which three are post-dated, all in the name of Smt. Savitri Devi, towards the total amount settled between the parties as full and final settlement of Complainant’s claim against the Respondent. He has stated before us that the said cheques shall be honoured on presentation. -3- The cheques have been handed over to Smt. Savitri Devi, who is present in person and has been identified by her Counsel. In view of the above, the Application is allowed and as prayed, the Complaint is dismissed as not pressed. |
