            The complainant filed this case with the allegation against the o.p. that the complainant deposited Rs.1,000/- per month under the Scheme known as Swarna Yojona Scheme commencing from the month of 14/07/2014 to 20/05/2015. After the expiry of 11 months complainant had the liberty to purchase as per his choice from the said Yojona scheme and he purchased a bangle weighing 4.2 for Rs.10,365/- but in the billing date 24/07/2015 the market value was shown as Rs.24,195/- and the o.p. issued a receipt dated 24/07/2015 of Rs.24,680/- and the complainant claimed that the o.p. had taken extra amount of Rs.485/-. Complainant did not mention that the labour charges for the said bangle. Apart from the said fact the complainant made allegation against the o.p. that in purchasing silver coin the o.p. took extra amount. But on perusal of the record we find that the transaction took place in the year 2014-15 and the complainant failed to explain any detail as to why the case was not filed within the two years. In view of the such  fact we hold that the complainant has manufactured this case by making false allegation against the o.p. and the case is also barred by limitation since the same was not filed by the complainant within the statutory period of two years.

            Having regard to such fact we hold that if such type of cases  are admitted then the flood of false cases would be filed and this Forum cannot give relief to the genuine consumers who have their grievance and  for redressal of such grievance this Forum cannot help them. Accordingly, we hold that the case filed by the complainant is a misconceived one and the same is dismissed in limini.
