Complainant files hazira through her ld. Advocate. Complainant also files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground stated therein. Opposite party no. 1 endorsed her signature on the said petition. Ld. Advocates of both sides are present.

Complainant herself appears before this Forum and openly submits that she is not interested to proceed with the present case and she wants to withdraw the present case. Ld. Advocates of both sides submit that prayer of the complainant for withdrawal of the case may be allowed. After heard the ld. Advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the submissions of the complainant herself and taking in view the materials on record permission is accorded to the complainant to withdraw the present case on condition that she is not permitted  to file fresh case on the self same cause of action.
