Due to Strike call given by D.B.A, Jeypore. None appeared. Call on 26/03/2019 for hearing.

Latter:

The Complainant being present filed a memo stating that he has receive a new defect free MI Note-5 hand set from the Op No-2. In lieu of the defective handset in question. He also further stated that he does not want to proceed further with this case against the Ops.

              In view of above fact we drop this case against the Op as not pressed.
