Sh.Jatinder Singh Maur, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant appeared and made the following separate statement before this District Consumer Commission.

“Stated that there are some technical defects in the present complaint, so I withdraw the complaint with permission to file the same afresh lateron on the same cause of action.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Jatinder Singh Maur, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant recorded today separately, the instant complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same afresh on the same cause of action in accordance with law. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room.
