By the impugned order, the State Commission has stayed the operation of the order of the District Forum at the instance of the petitioner subject to its depositing 50% of the awarded amount.  This is an interim order.  Generally such types of orders are being passed by the State Commission as well as this Commission which have been upheld by the Supreme Court.  We are not inclined to interfere with an interim order.  Dismissed.

However, time to deposit the amount is extended by another two weeks.
