          Sh.Sanjay Aggarwal, Proprietor of the opposite party appeared and suffered statement that opposite party is ready to give new pithu school bag of the same quality and price to the complainant. Counsel for the complainant has accepted the offer given by the opposite party and has received the new pithu school bag of the same quality and price from the opposite party and withdrew the present complaint.
