Neither the complainant nor his engaged advocate is present and no steps taken for issuance of notice, it caused delay in process as it is a year old case. Since dt. 17.11.2022 complainant could not have filed the requisites and always found absent in examination of the case record after all the complainant is not showing interest to proceed with this case. Hence, the complaint case be and same is dismissed for default.
