Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present and as pointed out by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant the amendment sought for by filing MA/99/2022 has already been allowed and amended complaint has already been filed.

The record lends support to such submission of the Ld. Advocate and therefore MA/99/2022 calls for no action and hence disposed off.

Copy of newspaper containing notices for OP 2, 3 and 4 was published on 25.11.2022 in Bartaman Newspaper. All of them were asked to appear before this Commission. But none of them has entered appearance.

Time limited by the statute for filing W/V by them has not so far been expired.

As such 27.12.2022 is fixed for filing W/V by OP 2, 3 and 4.

The case is running ex-parte as against OP 1 and 5 with effect from 02.09.2022.
