            Inspite of   repeated  adjournments more than 7 times, complainant  and his advocate failed to apperar before the forum. It seens that complainant has no interest in the matter. Hence complaint stands  dismissed for want of procecution   File be closed accordingly of Order be sent to both the parties free of cost.
