            Today is fixed for hearing the petition dated 05/10/22023. Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2 and 3 is present.

            Petition dated 05/10/2023 is taken up for hearing. Petition is registered as M.A. case no. 105/2024. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Complainant. Heard Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 2 and 3. He raised objection. He further submits that proposed paragraph should be added after adding new O.P.

            Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case we find that proposed amendment will not change the nature and character of this case. Accordingly, the prayer for amendment is allowed.

            To 30/04/2024 for filing amended form of petition of complaint.

            M.A. case no. 105/2024 is thus disposed off.
