Complainant files a petition praying for paper publication in respect of O.P No. 1. Petition is registered as M.A. case no. 167/2024.

Petition is taken up for hearing. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Complainant. Perused the petition.

During hearing Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that as O.P No. 1 is avoiding the process of this Commission, in this situation there is no other alternative but to paper publication.

Considering the entire matter, prayer is allowed.

Complainant is permitted to arrange paper publication in respect of O.P No. 1 in a State-wise widely circulated daily newspaper. 

To 24/07/2024 for filing draft for paper publication in respect of O.P No. 1.

M.A. case no. 167/2024 is thus disposed off.
