The case record is put up before me on the prayer of the Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. On a close scrutiny of the materials on record it appears that the rest amount of Rs. 7,000/- is paid today to the Dhr by the Jdr before this Commission. Money receipt is filed to that effect. The Dhr in person categorically stated before this Commission that this execution case can be disposed of on full satisfaction.

That, the case is thus disposed of on full satisfaction. The copy of the identity proof and the money receipt filed by the Dhr and Jdr be kept with the record.
