Final Order / Judgement

ORDER NO. 12

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present.  The I.A. bearing No. 239/2019 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Complainant prays for an order allowing the prayer for amendment in the Petition of Complaint as mentioned in the Schedule of the I.A.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the I.A.  Let the amendment as mentioned in the Schedule of the I.A. be incorporated in the prayer portion of the Petition of Complaint.  The Complainant is directed to file amended version of the Petition of Complaint on the next occasion.  The I.A. is thus disposed of.

Fix 3.7.2019 for hearing of the Complaint Case, filing of BNA and also for filing of amended version of the Petition of Complaint.  The case will proceed ex parte against the OPs.  Interim order of stay already passed will continue till the next date.
