Today is fixed for admission hearing. On perusal petition of complaint along with the annexure it appears to us that the complainant is not a consumer as defined U/S 2.(d) of C. P. Act, 1986. Moreover the petitioner has clearly described himself as are exporters and importer of umbrella i.d. umbrella parts. 

Having due regard to the circumstances and fact of the case, we are of the opinion that petitioner is not a consumer U/S 2.(d) of C. P. Act, 1986 of C. P. Act. Hence the case is dismissed.
