Received the letter vide no-F.1(6)-SC/2007/4106 dated 04.02.2021 along with a copy of the order dated 02.02.2021 passed by the Hon'ble State Commission, Tripura  in Case no- TA/1/2021  along with the record of CC-04/2021.

On perusal of the order it is found that the case record is withdrawn from this file and it is transferred to the file of District Commission, South Tripura, Gomati, Udaipur for disposal in accordance with law. It is also ordered to send the record to the President, District Commission, South Tripura, Gomati, Udaipur. 

So office is directed to make necessary arrangement for sending the record by a special messenger immediately.
