| Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 19 Both the complainants in persons are present along with their Ld. Advocate. O.P. 2 being the Director of O.P. 1 is personally present along with his Ld. Advocate. The case is taken up for effecting compromise in between the parties. After a long dialogue exchanged between the parties and also having heard the Ld. Advocates appearing for the respective parties it has been agreed by both the parties that the instant case to the effect that today O.P. 2 being the Director of O.P. 1 will issue an Account Payee cheque of Rs. 4,97,000/- (Rupees four lakh ninety seven thousand) only in favour of complainant no. 2 Shri Sudipta Kumar Ghosh. Accordingly during in session of this Lok Adalat O.P. 2 issued a cheque dated 19.08.2023 bearing no. 001664 amounting to Rs. 4,97,000/- drawn on Bank of Baroda, Patipukur Branch, Kolkata and complainant no. 2 himself acknowledged the said cheque and received the same. Complainant no. 1 being the wife of complainant no. 2 also has consented in such payment of O.P. 2. Thus, the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
