THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to complete and finish the pending works as per the agreement for construction dated:12.05.2014, to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for belated handing over of possession and defective construction of apartment and to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant.

Both Counsels present and filed a Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, this case is dismissed.   Joint Compromise Memo form part of the order.
