Present:     Ms. Shweta Kapoor, Counsel for the Appellant.

                  Sh. S.H. Isfahani, Counsel for the Respondent.

        It is stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties. It is further stated that as per settlement between the parties, appellant has agreed to refund the cost of computer including compensation i.e. total amount of Rs. 53,000/- to the respondent.

        Ld. counsel for the respondent has also stated that on the aforesaid amount the matter has been settled between the parties.

        Ld. counsel for the appellant further states that the aforesaid amount shall be given to the respondent within 3 weeks from today.

        It has also been agreed between the parties that the respondent shall hand over the computer in question to the official who will hand over the cheque to the respondent.

        Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits since the matter has been amicably settled, the impugned order be modified in terms of settlement between the parties.

Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same.

        In view of the above statement of parties, the impugned order stands modified in terms of settlement as has been stated above.

        Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

        FDR, if any deposited by the appellant be released in his favour as per rules.

        File be consigned to record room.
