Aggrieved by the concurrent findings and orders passed by the Fora below, the original complainant/ petitioner has filed the present petition for invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Commission under section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The facts and circumstances, which led to the filing of the present petition, are amply noted in the orders of the Fora below and need no repetition at our end. Even then, we may notice that the repudiation of the medical claim of the complainant / petitioner was justified on the ground set-up by the Insurance Company. In our view, the insurance company has committed no deficiency in service by repudiating the claim on the same justifiable grounds. In our view the orders passed by the Fora below do not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity much less any jurisdictional error, which warrant interference of this Commission in its supervisory jurisdiction. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed as devoid of any merit.
