The short complaint against OP is for non-refund of admission fee of Rs.26,040/- deposited by complainant for BSc (Hons) Comp. course with college OP2 of Delhi University. The last date for withdrawal was 16.08.10, but complainant applied two days late on 18.08.10, which is against the rules of the university informed to complainant. OP informed him of rule position and rejected the request for refund. Therefore he filed this complaint.

OP in its reply reiterated the rule position. The Complainant could not rebut the rule position in reply. In our considered view, no case of deficiency is made out. Complaint is dismissed.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
