Final Order / Judgement

Order no.  1, dt. 13.08.2022.

This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat.

Ld. Advocates of bot6h sides are present.

Land owners (op nos. 4 and 5) are present personally.

A joint compromise petition has been filed by the parties.

On close examination of the joint petition filed by the parties and after hearing of the ld. Advocates of both sides and land owners it appears that the disputes involved in this case have been settled on the following grounds;-

  1. The complainant shall pay Rs. 1,50,000/- to the land owners (op nos. 4 and 5) on the date of registration either by bank draft or by bankers cheque.
  2. It is settled between the parties that the land owners and promoter, land owners shall handed over the possession of fully completed flat (flat no. 2C) on second floor of Swastik Apartment, Baidyabati, Hooghly and also execute and register the deed of conveyance within the month of September, 2022.
  3. The parties also agreed on the point that if it is found that there is excess portion in the said flat the land owners shall not charge anything from the complainant.

The grounds of settlement are found satisfactory and as per law.

     Moreso, the parties have entered into settlement voluntarily.

In the light of the observation made above this C.C. case being no. 70 of 2021 is disposed of and the joint petition which has been filed on this day be made a part of this order.
